Order Processing
Please note that orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on national holidays. All orders that are placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or national holiday will be processed the following business day.
International ShippingAll orders shipped outside of the United States are subject to additional shipping charges. Any import duties and taxes that are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. If you have questions related to customs charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
- Any order being shipped to a destination outside of the US may be subject to import duties and taxes that are collected as a part of the 'international handling fee' during checkout. The order total presented at checkout will be the exact amount that you will be billed. There will not be any additional costs billed upon delivery or due as COD charges.
- When placing an order for delivery outside the US, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. charges for duties, taxes and the carrier's collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge are the customer's responsibility.
