Returns & Exchanges
At etoile we want you to be satisfied with your purchase and truly love your new bag. However we know now and then that isn’t the case, so if you have a concern with your recent purchase, please contact us at email@example.com. Please remember to supply your order number so we can do our best to respond and address the matter right away.
We do not accept return or exchange requests for any sale items.
As mentioned, with your form requesting a return or exchange, please include:
- Order ID #
- SKU or name of the item
- Reason for your return request
- For exchanges, let us know which item you prefer and we’ll do our best to accommodate your wishes provided the substitute item is of equal value to the original item purchased.
When your approved, returned item has been received, etoile will ship your exchanged item via Domestic Ground or issue an online store credit. Credit can only be redeemed on this etoile website and not with any of our retail partners. Credit cannot be redeemed at trunk shows or pop-up shops.Note
- All approved returns and exchanges must be in new, unworn condition and must be returned with original packaging.
- Shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We are unable to offer price adjustments for previously purchased merchandise.
