Returns & Exchanges

All purchases must be returned in their original condition with tags attached within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

For exchanges, please include the desire model and color. We recommend contacting us at customerservice@etoilestar.com to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out wile we await to receive your package. Please make sure to indicate your original order number and the new item you want to place on hold.
